Ordered one today. Got the Channellock 927 snap-ring tool at Home Depot for less than it can be ordered on eBay.
I can ride any motor. Done so for a long time. Enjoy my 2014 SGS but if there is one little quirk about it that I would change it's clutch pull overtravel. Motor has SE Variable Clutch that works good. I like to bang shift when I'm in a hurry and the long lever pull is a distraction. I preload the shifter and want to just touch the clutch lever to complete the shift. Stock clutch pull is just longer than I need. This lever should solve the issue. Can't wait to try it.

I have wanted to get a take off lever and try to anneal it so I could bend it for a reduced reach lever for a year now. I could never get my hands on one and to order a replacement lever that I might break was just to expensive.
I found this thread last week and ordered one. I too paid $15 shipping, but there was an $8 check in my package when it came yesterday. Took me 2 minutes to change it out. I love it! I have always adjusted my cable clutches so that it engaged closer to the grip. This puts the engagement exactly like I used to adjust for. It will help my poor old arthritic hand a bunch. Thanks to softbrake and my fellow forum members!
