A word about installing ROCKOUT rocker shaft inserts...
Remove tank, the Road King is very simple and in fact, was the first time I have removed it on this bike
Remove spark plugs, roll back tire around until tdc on from cylinder, pull rocker assembly
The 2 holes without bolts are where the rocker inserts go.
Oil breather assembly
Oil breather assembly and old foam
How to check direction on the insert. the small end goes in first
Pushes in by hand this far
Use nut to draw it in. don't force it, if it isn't easy, then the insert is catching on the inside
drill these holes out to 1/8
replace these orings
Bigger hole for easier drainage<br/>
Thanks man, I truly appreciate your support, and help in spreading the word.
I also need to point out the tip about using the washer as a size gauge came from a member here... "bumpandrun".

Imitated, never equaled... ROCKOUTS!

I installed the kit when I rebuilt the top end and upgraded the cam chest, including Andrews TW57 cams, on my '99 Dyna.
What A freaking difference! I've owned four Twin Cam bikes, past and present, and the Dyna is quieter than any of them were, even when stock. The engine whirrs instead of clacking. I remember chasing valve train noises on my '01 Roadking, to great expense and time, and never got rid of the noise until I got rid of the bike.
The only drawback is that now I'm hearing other things I never heard before. I think I need a new compensator spring pack.
I'm a believer.

Thanks brother. It makes me very happy to hear stories like this 'cause I've been right where you've been.
Now go tell those Dyna guys

Thanks for the note,
