Yes they are SC's. Something i didn't notice tbh, but i can see what you mean now, not sure if it is unique to international models though, I was disappointed with the sound originally but they are getting much better with increased usage, the ones i heard on the dealers demo bike were much louder but i didn't realise at the time they had removed the baffles.

21 inch front wheel with polished rotors,18 inch rear wheel, Arlen Ness deep cut floorboards and matching brake pedal and solo shifter, defiance grips, custom dynamics front and rear signals, Eagle lights LED headlight, oil cooler cover, RCX slip ons, Screamin eagle high flow filter, oh yeah and ditched that ugly a$$ engine guard.

My Road King (billet silver) is unfortunately still on status "in production" since 15 February 2017..........

Is that your stock fender you used with the 21 inch? Did you have to change anything else up front or could you just swap your rotors over to the new wheel and go?

yes it's the stock fender, you have to put a fender relocate kit on, it's raises the fender about an inch for clearance. If you go bigger than a 21 you will have to change the trees also. I'm going to put a wrapper fender on when I find one I like. The wheels I got will accept stock rotors but most custom wheels will not. I did not use my stock rotors, I put polished stainless rotors on.
