Yes, it pulled from day 1. I purchased it used with around 3500 miles on it. I thought it would be a simple matter of an adjustment, but that has not been the case.

Here's a LINK to when I first got it...and a photo-

Just got back from riding 4000 Km's around the US on mine. Drove through 10 states, the highlights being, Nashville, Tail of the dragon, and Myrtle beach. The other two guys also liked the Jack Daniel tour.

The gauge pack was part of the deal (I like to use the tach).
Brought her home and added a coat of wax and cleaned off the water spots.
Not sure how the dealer washes bikes but the seat was WET (under the cover).
I didn't have an issue washing my Ultra without soaking the seat.

That's a good looking Deluxe. I had them add the same gauge pack on my Slim S.

Changed out the shock bushings. The old ones were shot.

New one on left in 2nd pic.

Somewhere along the line they were torqued down way too much and crushed in cup washer. Squeezed to death

I got a La Rosa Tool pouch/bag and CRUZ tools to put in the bag.

I have to say I'm not very pleased with the quality of the finish on the bag and straps. Just moving it around and trying to get it mounted properly, the distressed "tan" finish is coming off exposing a very light tan. Doesn't look distressed, looks cheap.

They weren't talking about the bags - they were talking about prospective buyers. Evidently, they were correct.
