Default Super Glide dont start and no lights in the display

Today tried to start my bike, all the lights and the display turned on, but as soon as I pressed the started button, nothing happened and all the lights turned off. After that, no more information in the display (no more lights).

I will check tomorrow the battery voltage. This is the second time that this issue happened. The first time the electric system came back, but today nothing happened . Any idea about what is the reason for this problem?

Either battery or check the battery cables to make sure they are on tight.

Even with 9v you should have lights. You've got nothing, right?

My negative battery lead came almost completely off and was shorting between totally working and not. I ended up using lock washers and blue locktite which so far has done the trick.

I just had this same problem about a week ago and also the negative terminal. However, happened again a few days later. Terminal was tight but when I pressed the driver to check that the bold was tight all the lights came back on. died the moment I hit the start button. pressed a bit harder and tightened a bit tighter and have had no problems since.

Every time I take an electrical connection loose it gets anti seize or dielectric silicone. Cable connections get anti seize to keep air out of the connection and fight galvanic corrosion. Pinned connections get dielectric silicone to keep them dry and sealed up.

Little details like this will take care of a lot of annoying problems down the road.
