Default Amp settings?

Can someone tell me if my diamond amps should be set at? While it's loud I think this setup has more in it. Thanks

Hey Drew, did you follow the process outlined in the sticky at the top of the forum? We can't tell you what the amp should be set at without knowing what speakers are hooked up and how they're wired. Are you using a DMM to set your amp gains? Are you using a test tone or setting it by ear with music? There's lots of variables here that need to be answered before anyone can help.

I'm not sure where you're getting 800x4 or 800x2 out of a Diamond amp so I'm gonna bow out of this one. Best bet is maybe to take it to the shop and ask them to double check their work if you don't think it's doing what it's supposed to be doing.

HXM800.4 and HXM800.2

It's Diamonds Motorsport series.

Really sorry to hear about what that $hit show of a shop did to you Andrew. The guys here will help right what the **** poor shop did. Get some DD VO-B3 horns for the fairing, get that Fix86 slapped in there, and then we can help with the wiring and settings from there.

Not trying to be a jerk man....but seems like guys gave you the advice you needed a while back. It's the same advice folks on Facebook posted too. All that expensive gear will sound like crap if not done correctly. Where did you purchase the equipment? If it's from a reputable shop I'd call them and ask for legit advice -- you paid for it.

did you even read my question? It sounds good the way it is even without the horns in fairing that everyone says you have to have. I asked about what amp settings should be not anything else so thanks for the input but your response has nothing to do with my question
