I just purchased an '03 Dyna. It didn't come with alarm FOB, or owners manual. I have purchased a used FOB, how do I program it? I don't have the passcode.

 

Are you sure it has a alarm?? It was a option or add on. Not standard equipment.
There is a section on the Harley website that lets you get the info, you need your vin # in order to get the info.

 

Hi from the UK and welcome to HDF. If you don't have an Owners manual you can buy one from any dealer, or download one via the H-D website. Just go to the Owners tab.

You're going about this the wrong way around! Does your bike run and ride OK? If so it doesn't have a factory alarm system and you don't need a fob, which was an option at the time your bike was new.
