Default Clutch

I have a 2013 ultra limited with 60,000 miles on it. I noticed other day when I was really pushing it on top end that the clutch was slipping. Don’t seem to be slipping on bottom end. Does that mean I need to replace the clutch or can I adjust it out? Thanks for the info in advance!

well, you won't know the answer to whether or not it needs replacing until you do the adjustment first. not just the cable, but the full adjustment. then if you still have slipping on the top end, you can address that then. maybe all you need is a little stronger spring.

but with a stronger spring, you get increased clutch lever effort. when i did my fm 107 upgrade, i originally went with the se spring. after about a month of trying to get used to it, i just went ahead and got the aim vpc. that was money well spent imo. at slow speeds, and in stop and go, it has a very easy pull. but when the rpms are higher, the effort is higher, but because it is just a pull and release, it isn't bad at all.
