Where did you get them? I was on the Harley site yesterday and they weren’t available.

Cost around $700. Got tired of waiting for HD to do what should have been OE. Most parts are from 2018 Fat Bob. Black shift lever and rod at from 2017 CVO something, was on the showroom floor only bike with black shifter. Plus crush washer from AR15 and random coach bolt and rubber tube.

I have been wanting to do this. Could you give a part listing? Also what did you do with the old shift spline coming out of the primary. I see you got a cap for it but where did you get it. Really want to do this to my bike

Default Parts listing

Brake Side
4670 Screw
6237 Washer
11364 O Ring (2)
50600329 Lever, Foot Brake, with 57217-02A (Black)
50600206 Bracket, brake mounting
6702 Washer
7531 Locknut
50500746 Bracket, footpeg mount (Black)

Shifter Side
33900200 Shift Lever (Black)
4017 Screw
7041 Lockwasher
6057 Washer (Nylon)
11191 O Ring (2)
33600134 Bracket, shift lever and footpeg mount, with 33708-94 (black)
33900179 Lever, Shifter IDX (Black)
33600134 Linkage Rod Assembly
4387 Screw
7727 Locknut

Notes:
The 6057 nylon washer was to thick, needed to be .125". Couldn't figure out a way to machine, so substituted for AR15 crush washer. Lowes does have thinner nylon washers but they are white.
I find the brake pedal is a little lower that I would like, can be adjusted. A 9/16" open end spanner with thin jaws is required.
The Parts Guy at my dealer was very helpful, hope yours is the same.

Rowan, I didn't open the primary. Everything can be done from the outside. Removing the inner shift arm so the original shaft can be removed from the primary was a little tedious but doable. Tip break cap screw loose with 3/8" drive and then switch to 1/4" drive ratchet for final part.

What did you use to cover the hole in the primary. Sorry if you answered this already
