Hey there, Dom here, french canadian so dont freak out if my english is wrong sometimes.

First time working on a harley, I'm used to build japanese bikes.
Here are some of my last builds








Then, a customer came to me and asked if I could build him a kick *** harley, so I went out and bought that sweet 1991 softail springer

 

Started stripping her



Decided to go with fat spokes


made the seat and mounted it with solid bungs

 

Mounted the gas tank




Patched the big tank tunnel hole



And started mig filling the holes in the frame to sand it smooth

 

Smoothed everything





Seat hinge welded



Under seat pan fab'd

Made the brackets for the rear fender








Sorted out the front fender's height, actually used the ''new springer'' kind of engineering








Now it goes up and down at the same rate as the wheel and it's a lot lower than before hehe

Also trimmed the rear fender, still need to cut and sand the front one and it's all ready for paint

 

Finished trimming the front fender, going to the painter on monday
Pretty happy with the end result, I'm not used to fit front fenders on my builds lol

Engine is assembled and I'm damn happy with it


Fully rebuild with new bearings, seals, gaskets, blasted and powdercoated

Powdercoated/re-assembled the front end and rebuilt the trans yesterday to fit with the engine




Fenders and gas tank are at the painter's

Today I'm planning on finishing the frame so I can sandblast and powdercoat it tomorrow
