Just wondering if any of you guys are subscribers to Fix my Hog. The videos. What do you think? They look pretty good to me...

 

I've watched several as I needed to when researching a problem but, subscribe, no. I don't generally subscribe to or "follow" internet stuff.

 

Me too. I watch, but there are plenty of good channels on YouTube that are free. It's bad for them that there are free alternatives, but there are. And that's how the free market works sometimes.

 

I'm a subscriber but for just S&Gs!

 

I did for a short while but found the information too basic for my needs.

 

They said I could get a reduced subscription for $10 year, once. So I did it. But all the videos I wanted to watch cost extra, so I didn't renew.

 

I got a $5.95 for a year deal - I have used it for a couple of how-to videos. They still want you to upgrade for a premium price to get the good stuff.
I got an offer for a DVD at 75% off last week - if I get it I will post a review.

 

I wasted 30 minutes of my time watching a video on cam chain tensioner inspection. Take off the cover and everything looks OK. Maybe he has another video on tensioner repair or pad replacement. Finally found a great site sponsored by S&S and posted on J&S... It walks you through every single nut and bolt of the operation. Pushrod removal etc etc.

 

Big fan of the S&S channel here!
