yeah, the $22600 doesn't sound unreasonable, but we don't pay sales tax here..I'd have a much better warm fuzzy feeling getting it for at ~$1500 less than your out the door quote..how much left on the 2 year factory warranty? that could be something you could barter on too, or extras, etc.

 

I've been doing some checking to see what I can get. My local HD shop will do $25.5K + TTL on a '18 Vivid Black with $7K trade on my '09 Ultra...

They would do $28.5 + TTL on a '18 Limited Anniversary Edition... Same trade value $7K

This one is a dealership in Milwaukee (60 Miles) with the used '17... I just left him a message, didn't think to ask how much of the 2 year is left.

No sales tax where you are? Nice!! What do they do, get you on registration then?

I was hoping to stay around $15K out of pocket when all said and done. But I'd have to sell my bike outright for about 10K to do that it seems. The used '17 was not with a trade.

 

we have high property tax..they get you one way or another..my buddy bought the 18 Limited Anniversary Edition, man is that ever a sweet bike...go for that one..it's only money!

I'm thinking about it...Anniversary Edition one... on the used one warranty runs out 5/31/2019

 

If it were me, Id buy the anniversary edition. I would like the full 2 year warranty and I really like the colors of the 2018.

 

Ya, both the wife and I thought the same when we seen it. They are not moving much off MSRP on that bike. Expected since it is Anniversary Edition. The blue and black is sharp. I like the tank badges also. hhhhrrrrmmmmm...! :-)

 

Yep, thats the one. It is the best looking color combination for the 2018 lineup.

 

A buddy of mine on 12-22-17 bought a 2017 Limited new from HD of Cincinnati for $23,200 Out the Door.
