Default New Audio Stuff and to many Tweak Points

I have a 2016 SGS that I am upgrading the fairing speakers and am looking for some advice on setup. Thanks to a forum member I have a set of the JL Audio C5-650's with the crossovers, a JL Audio 280/4 amp and the great people at BT got me the BT 355 line leveler and speaker brackets. My question is this, the line leveler, the crossovers, and the amp all have the ability to adjust the sound. I've read not to touch the BT355 adjustments but how do I know where to start and where should I be adjusting? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. This forum got me this far now if I can get the rest of the way I will hopefully be rocking!
Thanks in advance.

If it were me, I'd leave the LL and the crossovers alone. Start with the audio on the radio set neutral (bass/treble), amp filter set on hp and around 80 on the dial. Volume about 3/4 and start rolling the gain (input sens) until you start to distort. Once you start to distort, back it off just a tad and check the volume and treb/bass adjustment up and down. That should get you close. Go for a ride as this is how you will know. Hearing it sitting and riding is a big difference. Just my 2 cents worth.
