trading bike in, can I put stock pipes back on?

Default trading bike in, can I put stock pipes back on?

Trading my bike in, its a 107 build with a good tune..Can I put the stock pipes back on without hurting the tune...Trying to salvage things I can sell....

It's all good. You are trading in a bike and everybody does what you want to do.

Unless you are a compulsive buyer like someone I know.

The dealer won’t give you extra for anything you’ve added. They’ll be quick to charge the buyer for them though. Pull off what you can

thanks all, good info. I'm not sure if I'll do this or not but trying to make decision. I really am attached to my 09 but she is starting to get up there.

I've been told that the dealer will essentially ignore the value of all the extras you have added to the bike; they only value the condition, mileage and age......at least this is what I have been advised. GL.

98000 on my 07.. was gonna trade before it turned 70000 miles but decided to keep it. I swapped my motor instead because I got a deal on a low mile 103ho....As far as trading, take everything off that you can, it won’t change the trade value.

Don't worry about hurting the tune, the dealer can retune it.

this. dealers will not pay more for mods on a trade-in, and depending on how extensive might actually pay less.
