Default Does anyone know what this is?

I’m looking for some info on these pictures. I can’t work out if this is a stud or if there’s a black nut on the end of this...and if it is a stud should it have something on it? It looks too clean to have never had anything on it 😅

i have a manual its a 2017 dyna street bob but can’t see anything?

thanks

Part number #89581-04A. They're a whole .99 each. But muh profit margin...

You can see them in this parts fiche for my '13: http://partsfinder.onlinemicrofiche....TER%20ASSEMBLY

Mine was one. Hated it, so I removed it and cut the threads off the studs.
