Harley may give it to you if you can prove you own one. I don't believe you'll find it anywhere else.

I just had my left saddlebag and front fairing on my '14 Limited painted by a local painter that the dealership uses. I can't tell any difference between the new and the old paint. I don't know how he matched the paint, but he did a great job.

Joe @ Xtreme Dimensions does excellent work, especially with CVO. Do some research on him.
