08 also. The seat mounting changed to current style in 08 right before the frame change.

Harley Hammock is 08 ONLY and some aftermarket seats are sold as 09+.

not sure what that means? I own both styles of Hammock, both fit my 2012 Ultra. I used one of each on 2 separate tours (one I got a deal on due to underside crack)

The Hammock that Harley sells for 08 models is listed only to fit 08 models. I have an 11 now and tried briefly to install the 08 Hammock and it didn't want to go on...I do intend to have a closer look though FWIW.

I've got the '08 rider only Hammock. It fits on my '15 Limited fine. They say it won't fit but you do have to squish it between the rear speaker pods slightly. I haven't noticed a problem from it yet. The comfort it provides is worth it. Just did 2200 miles last month on my Sturgis trip on it. Its my long distance seat. I'd buy another if the price was right.

Hmm, interesting. Learn something new every day. I guess I'll be test fitting it then trying to find an upholstery shop to fix the vinyl. It got torn when I was rear ended on the 08.

The 11 I bought came with a heated Hammock, I've got no interest in a heated seat so I'll likely sell it.

I moved my tourpak back so it wouldn't rub. The 'newer' hammock has a narrower pillion so no issue.
