Default Phat performance ripped me off

before ordering from Phat performance read the Better Business reviews they took my money a month ago I still not received my item! You have been warned!

Yes, the level of detail on this is astounding. Just for kicks, I tried their website, and it was down. Maybe for good?

That being the case it would be difficult for any of us to order anything from them.

I ordered some shocks from my dealer 3 weeks ago. They won't be in until November 3. Backordered.
Unlike you, I have not been charged for them yet. No harm, no foul. Not much riding season left anyway.

I had a girlfriend once who wouldn't put out after a month ... I wrote he number on the bathroom wall at the corner gas station ... I wonder how she's doing ? :>)

I will never use them again there prices are nice but it takes forever to get anything. Seems everything is on back order took me 5 weeks to get my armrest. Customer service is the worst I’ve have ever dealt with theres only one person taking calls thought i was getting ripped off myself. Ill never use them again wasn’t worth the 10 bucks in savings i using the reputable company’s from here on in.

I agree, a little detail over "I gave them money, I don't have my parts!" would be useful here. Like, have you contacted them and gotten a reason for the delay? Have you tried to contact them? Did you get an order confirmation? Did you pay with paypal so your purchase would be protected? Dates when parts were ordered, is this something custom? I have a hard time getting behind a "No parts, no bueno" post...and putting a company on blast like that is not fair without details IMO.
