Are there any motorcycles that run on unleaded gas?

They all run on unleaded gas, you been in a bubble or something the last 35 years?

Not real sure what you are getting at here. "regular leaded" gas was useful because the additives prevented the valve seats from pitting when made from the head parent material, usually cast iron. New and remanufactured heads have valve seat inserts that do not need this due to the material they are made of, and any treatments to the materials in manufacturing. ANY head made from aluminum (Harleys from the Panhead on in big twins) need a seat insert anyways, and IIRC never required the lubricitive qualities of the leaded gas for the seats.

I was kinda thinking that myself but really confused by his mention of muscle cars of the 60s and thought maybe he means leaded instead of unleaded

All gasoline engines sold in the USA have to run on unleaded gas, since leaded gas in the USA anyway, is long gone.
So not exactly sure what you're asking.
