Default Debating on a tin trade

Hey guys I’m been kicking around the idea of trading my tins straight across for someone that has a set in blue. Here’s where’s I’m getting a little fuzzy on. I think I remember that it can accept those parts in the early TC years being the last year Evo E-Glide. So also not sure the earlier years would fit. I kinda wondering if y’all know what year range may fit.

I’ve been researching this for a couple weeks without any reliable sources but from what I understand the major frame changes were from 96-03 , 04-05, and 06-17. But a lot of parts can be swapped between families for example I have my 92 sporty rear fender on my wide glide because I couldn’t afford to buy a fender right now so I’m making what I have available work.( I just assumed you were talking about dynas)

Most tins are interchangable, you might have to drill a hole or two/ It's the tanks where the real problems come into play.
The consoles and gauges won't work if the year spread is to great

It’s also a problem when you consider carb vs fi,and I have a carbed bike.

Me too. That doesn't affect the tins though.
