Default FM Jackpot 2:1 Road and Track

After a bunch of reading, videos, sound bites, and a sale on the Road and Track I finally ordered one from Fuel Moto. I've been working on a balance between black and chrome and chrome is still in the lead so I went with a black pipe.

Can't wait to get this shipped and installed... I had a 2:1 on my last bike and really like the torque and hot rod sound. I guess I'll see how a JP stacks up against my former Thunderheader?

Anybody running this pipe have anything good, bad, or neutral to say about it?

I think it will be a great fit with the Powervision and 48H Cams... I already reached out to Jamie for a MAP to get me started. From what I've heard this pipe should be able to handle the mods up to the 117" 125 HP/TQ range.

This is a 2-1 I’m pretty interested in so I’m looking forward to your thoughts on it.

I went from a thunder header on my old 09FLHT to the R&T on my current 16FLHTCU. It is no where near as loud. It does get loud under load as most exhaust do. Fit and finish is great, This engine on this bike is not as built as my last bike but, it does sound good and deep at idle. My riding buddies like the fact that it is more tame than my old T/H. It does well with torque and there is not the T/H dip around 2000Rpm.

I really like mine. It's on a Stage I only (at this time), but I have plans for more..!!!

It starts out very loud and raspy. At first I felt I may have made a mistake buying it, it was too loud. I drove it a few hundred miles and it really toned down, still a louder pipe, especially under load... but certainly acceptable..

I posted a review of this pipe on this forum, and after I mentioned it seemed to tone down a bit... Jaime posted this..

"Thank you for the review of our Jackpot Road & Track 2/1. As you found this exhaust system definitely has a break-in period due to the amount of exhaust packing in the muffler and the full length baffle design. Upon initial start up & running its going to be pretty raspy sounding, it generally takes up to a couple hundred miles for the exhaust packing to "loft" and as it breaks-in the pipe will mellow out noticeably, the dB level will drop and the tone will get deeper."

Any particular reason you chose the FuelMoto Jackpot over the E-Series?

I have the Jackpot 2into1 for the m8, i know... different motor, and have to say its simply awesome; sounds fantastic even on an m8. Been a welder / weld engineer / weld inspector for ~25yrs and have to say, without question, this pipe has the highest quality welds and fabrication I've seen. I'm sure you'll have no regrets.

Absolutely love that pipe. Once it's broken in it's very mellow at cruising speeds and a really deep growl when you roll on the throttle.

I'll second that. Also the performance is second to none...
