Default System comparison

Old system: harley 6.5, powerbass 800 x 2 running 4 polk mm652's. No line levelers. Sounded decent but I wanted more lol. So I just installed the sony axv 5000 and a stinger spx 700x4 running same polks. Hpf on on both front and rear. Gains at 2 o'clock position. Crossovers around 80. Sounds good but not any better than the old which is hard for me to believe. Could I be doing something wrong?

2 o'clock does not say a whole lot when you have 2 different amps. Did you set the Gains on the new amp accordingly?

What head unit was pushing the powerbass?

Set your gains on the new amp. There is a sticky at the top of the forum.

Let us know how it turns out.

Are you using the Sony and the Stinger crossovers? Your post kind of sounds like it. If so you should only use one or the other.

Android auto does not work via Bluetooth. You must plug your phone into USB #1.
