Default Aftermarket Shock Mounts

After installing Legend's REVO-A shocks, I'm not a fan of the stock mounting stud out in the open. I've attempted to cut up my stock covers so they might fit over the replacement shocks, but they didn't turn out too pretty. The only aftermarket shock mount kit that wasn't just ARP bolts were from Santoro Fab Worx, they look fantastic but that price is deterring me a little. Anyone find any other options?

Don't know anything about them, but I do like the look of them. Now if I can find enough change in the couch and car seat I might bite the bullet and order a set.

I don't see any markings or description of the bolts on the website?

Looks like rolled formed threads 303 / 316 @ 70,000 PSI SHCS I personally would want 170,000 PSI

Also looks like the bolt is cantilevered right across the threads.

You might want to send them an email and ask before buying.

Emailed them asking for more detailed info on the bolt's grade, and all I got in a reply was "stainless steel (hang ten hand gesture x3)"

Sorry, to go off track a bit. Are the ARP bolts the wrong material spec to be used to attach the shock mounts?

ARP's stainless will be 170,000 PSI it's not only tensile strength but also shoulder length / thread length so the cantilevered portion is not at the threaded portion.

I have used longer ARP's such as rear pulley bolts to allow the threaded portion to be cut shorter to give the shoulder enough length to enter into the adjoining part. This alleviates the threads from being cantilevered.

It seems more and more likely that I'll end up replacing the hardware with something stronger, but for $160, I was hoping that they're using some high grade stuff.

That was the first thing that popped into my heard. Those emojis really build my confidence in this company.

My only gripe is how they look, so I may just try painting them black, or see what I can do to salvage the stock covers I tore into.

Or you could just order them in black.
