Default New head unit/speakers/amp on the way!

2 years ago I rolled a brand new velocity red sunglo road glide off the showroom floor. I was super excited to get on and ride...until i hit the highway. Between the low windshield (im 6 foot) and the crap stock speakers even with the volume all the way up i couldnt hear ANY of the music. I bought a hogtunes amp/speaker kit and was obviously disappointed but i dealt with it for the first season . Second season the hogtunes speakers got replaced with alpine type s 6.5s . it helped a bit but still wasnt great. so this season id like to do something id really enjoy.

I recently came across fat head cycles Sony XAV-AX5000 plug and play head unit bundle (https://fatheadcycles.com/collection...ug-play-bundle) . This is exactly what ive been looking for since the stock head unit is trash and I want Apple Carplay. Unfortunately it was out of stock when I went to order so I bought the head unit from crutchfield and the metra kit from sonic electronix. Im going to be using a Kicker 42PXA3004 bridged at 150x2 to power a pair of Kicker 44KSS6504 component speakers. Ill be using the tweeter bracket that floats over the woofer (https://www.americanhardbag.com/prod...t-part-rgtwmpk) . should all be arriving shortly . cant wait to get the soldering iron warmed up and put it all together . will update with pics/thoughts on this setup once i get it all together . in the meantime any thoughts on this?

Nice looking Glide You have there Brother.
Best of Luck with the New Sound System.
Where in Westchester are you?
If we're close to each other and you need a hand with the install I'd be happy to help.

I’m in lower Westchester. I’m gonna take my time and solder/heat shrink/wire loom all the harness together in the house since my bike is at Harley right now since apparently it only takes 2 yrs and 10k miles for a factory transmission to blow up *♂️ Appreciate the offer though brother!
