Stripped holes in fairing

This is how I did mine :
1) Take brass insert and find a long bolt that fits it, ( not sure of the thread size ) after threading the bolt in the insert, clamp onto it with a pair of vice grips.
2) Take a propane torch and heat up the brass insert hot enough to melt plastic, then shove the insert back into the hole where it came from.
3) Make sure the insert goes in straight and just far enough in so it is recessed the same amount as the other ones, hold in place until cool.
I have done two like this with good results and no glue , YMMV
