Thinking about buying a new bike. Is the 114 that much better then the 103? Any others opinions on the switch would be appreciated.

Buy the road glide ultra. I just got one, coming from a batwing and I’m having a blast.

 

I came off a 12 Ultra Limited to a 16 RGU and will not go back. I now have a 19 RGU. It takes some time getting used to the frame mounted fairing and the distance between you and the inner fairing. I have absolutely no regrets and again, no plans to back to a batwing fairing.

 

The question is, "is the 114 that much better than the 103" ...I own a 15 LTD with a 103 which I love, and have ridden my fair share of 114-powered LTD's, SG's and RG's and can say there is no comparison between the 2 motors...the 114 is so much better than the 103 (stock to stock) all the way from low RPM to redline!

 

The new GTS radio is worth going for in my opinion

 

Why is it better ? Sound quality, GPS?

 

Much better, easier to use, user interface (GUI) coupled with a much faster processor...

 

You're going to have to go ride one and judge for yourself. But all I can say, is I freaking love my RGU!

 

go tap on the screen in the dealer, and you can tell the GUI has much less latency, it's awesome, just moving between screens is much quicker, and doing stuff.

 

Short answer = Yes

Long answer = Hell Yes
