How many miles on the tire? Wheel have the same? Any issues with either one or the rotors?

Wheel has 5k, tire was bran new last year so less than 1k.
Everything is like new. Put a larger front wheel on was the reason I'm selling.

are the rotors in bad shape or just a little rusty from sitting

They are neither. I just removed them a couple months ago. I don't think that spot is rust. I can check tonight and send more pictures.
