2014 ultra limited fob/ pin issues
There is no factory code... The original security code is set at the dealer during PDI of each motorcycle. If you have a friend or know an independent shop with one of the pricey diagnostic tools, like the TechnoResearch Centurion Pro, they can see and change the code for you. A dealer can do it too, but unless you have a relationship with a dealer, a friend or independent shop will most likely be cheaper..
A long shot, but...
If the FOB, with a good battery, all of a sudden fails to connect as readily as it used to... check the FOB antenna. It is on the forward edge of the ECM caddy, over the top of the battery.
If you recently changed a battery, or were messing around with/around the ECM caddy, the FOB antenna can come off the caddy, and hang down in front of the battery. That will sometimes affect its range/connection.
Also check the FOB antenna connector to make sure it's making good contact.
Here's a pic of the FOB antenna on a '16 Ultra, it is highlighted with a red arrow. Yours should be in the same place...

Here you go. This is out of the owner's manual for a 2014 touring bike.
Changing the PIN
To maintain security, the rider can change the PIN at any time. Refer to Table 1.
Table 1. Changing the PIN STEP
NO. ACTION WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION NOTES
1 Select a 5-digit (1 thru 9) PIN and record on the wallet card from owner's manual.
2 With an assigned fob present, turn the OFF/RUN switch to OFF.
3 Turn the ignition switch to IGN.
4 Cycle the OFF/RUN switch twice: RUN - OFF - RUN - OFF - RUN.
5 Press left turn signal switch 2 times. ENTER PIN will scroll through the odometer window.
6 Press right turn signal switch 1 time and release. Turn signals will flash 3 times. Current PIN will appear in odometer. The first digit will be flashing.
7 Enter first digit of new PIN by pressing and releasing the left turn signal switch until the selected digit appears.
8 Press right turn signal switch 1 time and release. The new digit will replace the current in odometer window.
9 Enter second digit of selected PIN by pressing and releasing the left turn signal switch until the selected digit is present.
10 Press right turn signal switch 1 time and release. The new digit will replace the current in odometer window.
11 Enter third digit of the selected PIN by pressing and releasing the left turn signal switch until the selected digit is present.
12 Press right turn switch 1 time and release. The new digit will replace the current in odometer window.
13 Enter fourth digit of new PIN by pressing and releasing the left turn signal switch until the selected digit is present.
14 Press right turn switch 1 time and release. The new digit will replace the current in odometer window.
15 Enter fifth digit of the new PIN by pressing and releasing the left turn signal switch until the selected digit is present.
16 Press right turn switch 1 time and release. The new digit will replace the current in odometer window.
17 Turn the OFF/RUN switch OFF, then turn the ignition switch to OFF.
Pushing the OFF/RUN switch to OFF stores the new PIN in the module.
Once I relocated it to it's proper position, I've never had the problem of the cycle "arming" the system or the alarm sounding unintentionally.
Long story short....FIRST check the alarm's antenna is where it should be.

Just a suggestion....try using the first or last 4 numbers of your serial number....might work.
