Is it a deal thing for you? The bike you have always wanted thing? Or a budget thing?

I'm with RT750
Carfax said the last car I bought was clean...found broken glass all under the rear seat when I installed a subwoofer and you could tell it had been hit in the rear quarter. No biggie as I think the price was good but Carfax doesn't mean sh*t to me anymore.

On my '07 and many others on here, the main major issues is the Compensator and Primary bearings going bad early on. If buying from a dealer, get them to throw in an extended warranty.

There are some issues as noted above. However, I have found they are relatively few and far between. I have had no issues with mine at 20K miles.
Find out if it has the IDS added and what other mods and let us know.

Carfax on a bike none the less a cage is hit or miss. Let a trusted bodyshop or dealer check it out.

I rely on Carfax for issue such as major repairs, locations, damage. The small sh*t such a cosmetic and things that are visible I handle myself.

Thanks,
I checked it out good. Looking foward to many years of good service. Will get some pictures and more details later. Nice looking bike.
