Center Stand and other options to replace the kickstand..
so I want to remove the bulky front kickstand ... rear or mid install kickstand or other options are preferred...
Arlen Ness kickstand that bolts to the rear, however, this kickstand does not lock... does anybody use this kickstand?.. does it lock?
Exile Cycles kickstand that clamps to the chassis, Exile confirmed that this kickstand does not lock either.. does anybody use this kickstand?
Finally, center stand from HD / VTwin manufacturing, does anybody use this center stand?

Joe: The first bike pictured is Story808's. I know he likes the kick stand but you have to drill and tap you frame to install it.
I like the Exile stand and am tempted to get the weld on version, but usually end up spending the cash on something else!
Don't know about the center stand but it looks like a cool idea.
Another one to check out is the Matt Hotch kickstand. JoJo has one on his bike, check it out.

Pictured (Attached Thumbnail) is my Fatboy with the Center Stand mounted and in the retracted position. Note the foot lever just under the cup holder at the front of the saddle bag. The stand is very heavily constructed and solidly supports the bike. Unfortunately it is not compatible with Duals and I had to remove it when I changed exhaust.
