BR's Custom Bars ?
 

Has anyone ordered from BR's Custom Bars this year (2015) ? Just curious how long of a wait you encountered. I am running 12 weeks right now.

He stays busy, turn around a few years ago was 8 weeks. I will add that his bars are a work of art and well worth the wait.

Thanks man. I talked to him on the phone a few times. Seems like a great guy and he has great reviews in the forums. He told me about 8 weeks on the phone when I ordered. Just anxious to get the bike back together and ride. Sent him a email on Tuesday, but have not gotten a response yet. Anticipation is a killer.

My bars took a while to get as well. The quality is amazing and you get just what you want. I will be ordering another set of bars from him soon.

He doesn't really do emails 'cept for over seas deals I believe. Calling is the way to go if ya want info. Be patient, he'll come through. Love them bars!

I also waited a while for mine, about 2 months. But he custom made my apes when I bought my CVO Breakout, which was before the production Breakout came out. The other places I called had no interest in making my bars, and I was very happy with the bars he made me. But the 2 months felt like 2 years bc I was so excited. I work for a Harley dealer and I'm still yet to see bars that are built better than BR.

I'm on my second set of BR bars dude. And i remember the wait was a bitch but it was worth it. I got everything from him (throttle cables, brake line and clutch cable). All fit perfect.

You should have done what i did the second time I ordered from him. I called him, placed the order but I didn't tare my bike down until the new bars were delivered. I knew from my previous order that it was gonna be at least 8 weeks of waiting.

Thanks guys. He emailed me last night night and said he expected my Sweeping Beaters to ship late next week. He has a lot of great reviews so I am excited to see my custom bars. I like the fact that they are made to fit me perfect. 13 weeks and I'm almost there. LoL

X5 on the wait, he bult a set for my FLTRX 3up and 2back new wave 3. Most comfy bars I have ever rode. No problem running wires and quality was Excellent!! The wait was a bitch (7 weeks) but I would do it again in a heartbeat. Only problem with the scoot being torn down is you find more stuff to spend money on while you wait!!!

Well I had the bike torn down already for a complete remodel. New paint, forward controls and a bunch of other stuff... So these bars are the last piece of the puzzle...
