2016 heritage price drop

2016 heritage price drop
I have been on the fence awhile between a road king and a heritage and now I see the price dropped a grand on the heritage widening that gap plus it has abs brakes.
Did the quality go down on this bike or something? Not used to seeing price drops.

I don't know if the quality went down, but they don't have a ton of studs on the bags so....
I like the look of the crushed white pearl / teal so much I'm starting to think about getting one next year. I just picked up a Dyna SB and her and I aren't jelling as much as I'd like at the moment from a physical stand point, so thinking of going back to the Heritage.

The fact that some softails went down and some did not is what is throwing me off. Just trying to figure out if they trimmed off some chrome or other parts that are not deemed necessary.
I just need to buy a road king and be done with it.

They will make up that thousand dollars on financing and trade value.
Also they have the colors reversed on the Heritage with the pearl/teal from the Deluxe, I like those colors on the Deluxe better.

Softail sales have been taking a beating. Touring bikes are "what's in" right now. Just a move by the MOCO to boost sales. At least that's my guess.
That being said...... the very IDEA that the Deluxe is $1,200 more than the Heritage is borderline REDICULOUS!!!!
