If you use the fitment tool on Amazon and put in your bike info, search tuners, and you will find the models with part # for your bike. I think the Cobra is #692-1617at

Have you considered the Vance & Hines Fuelpak 3? It's $327 from Amazon right now.

Go with the Dyno Jet Power Vision 2 best tuner out there. The Cobra unit is a totally different type of tuner, It does not flash a tune to your ECM, hard to install also.

I am using the Power Vision on my 2014 Fat Boy Lo. This is the second Harley I have used the Power Vision on.

I have installed the Fuel Pak FP3 on a few bikes. Easy to install and configure.

Both are good choices.

My 2 cents, for what it's worth. I acquired an 05 STD in August and the previous owner added SE breather, true dual fishtails and no EFI tuning. The bike ran okay but had decel popping and the gas mileage was at best 27 MPG! I just recently added the Power Commander 5 and there are definite changes. Throttle response seems a lot better and the idle is lower, 1030 rpm. I have not ridden it yet as she is winterized, but the reason I went with the PC5 was the ease of programming and installation. Cam change in the Spring.

Get the FP3. Easy to use! The FP3 has an autotune feature, so you don't have to worry about having a dyno done.

EFI and you're not getting 40 mpg, I'd be concerned. I had mine dyno and occasionally get one li pop on decel, I can live with that. My two cents.
Several tuners out there for what you have, from fuelmoto to v&h. Ran the FP3 on my FB with no probs at stage one.
