i need a stash tube, to stash my stuff. what do you guys use?

I use a tool bad on the handlebars an put my insurance an plate papers in a zip lock bag.

I just use a second, thin wallet that only stores my bike papers (reg, insurance, etc..) that I put in my windshield bag while riding. A stash tube would just make it too easy to leave them there all the time - too many people out there who will grab anything that isn't bolted down...
