Hey guys, I'm installing a side mounted aftermarket license plate bracket on my '16 Breakout. This means I need to install tag lights (which I've ordered from Custom Dynamics). Does anyone have advice on how to get the tag lights wired up correctly? I've contacted Custom Dynamics on this subject and they said to run the black wire from the tag light to ground on the bike and the white wire on the tag light into the blue wire on the bike which should be the running light wire. Anyone know where to find the blue wire and suggestions on a ground point ? Pix would be a great help.

 

The blue constant power wire can be found under the seat. On the same wire harness you will see a solid black wire which is ground. Additionally the frame is grounded but sometimes the ground signal is weak threw the swing arm
