Me too - it looks like a dirt bike from the rear.

with 4+ inches of suspension travel in the rear that will be impossible, unless you get a fender bolted on to the swingarm.

Some after market company will fabricate something in no time for those interested.

Just softens the ride, and then the bike will sag more when you sit on it. You can get the shorter shock from HD, lowers it about .75"

For the Fat Bob, it doesn't bother at all the gap. Suits the mission of the bike. Breakout, I can see people wanting to reduce the gap.

People are going to want small gap between suspension and fender why didn't harley think about this? What's the point of having good suspensions when buyers like me will just replace them with air ride anyway? People who buy Harleys love the slam looks !!!

because that's how the aftermarket community works to make money. They make it, you buy it and everyone is happy except for your wallet. it's supply and demand, if you want what you want you're going to pay for it

Not 100% sold on the smaller tank from a range perspective but I get "beautiful ride" comments everywhere I go. And after 150 miles it's time for a stretch anyway. Obviously it wasn't a deal-breaker for me. So I guess I don't agree. Mine is every bit a Harley-Davidson as yours. A 2018, to be sure. Not everyone's fav, but it's mine. Ride on!

Beautiful bike. Beast! Ride safe.

Question, are the cats in the mufflers on the softtails. on the touring bikes, the cats are in the cross over pipe. Will be interesting to see what slip on's will have when they come out.

The description for the Screamin' Eagle Street Cannon Mufflers that are matched to my Breakout 114 include the following:

"The tuned baffles work with the internal high-flow catalyst to strike the perfect balance required to deliver performance that you can feel in your gut"
