2018 fat bob led signals and fender brake light
 

I just got done taking off the stock signals on my 2018 fat bob and replacing with x-arc led signals. I was going to also install a fender edge brake light but it didn't fit...Does anyone have any suggestions for a fender edge brake light?

I tried something like this and attempted to mod it to make it fit, but the width was too short 7" wide and left too much of a gap on the sides.

I see that Harley has one for the wide glide but I can't find specs anywhere as to the width. I'm trying to stay away from those led lighting strips.

I have, yes.. they have the led light strip, but nothing that I could find similar to what I posted above.

I may just have to go with the light strip :/

Here is a pict of the box of the HD one I got for my 2016 Wide Glide:

It does NOT have the turn signal function, but is both a running light and a brake light. Measurements are:

Edge to edge (flat) 8.75"
Edge to edge (along the curved surface) 11.75"

Huh? That's strange as the International models appear (using the parts finder fiche) to have LED rear run/brake/turn signals fitted as standard.

But on the downside we do get the ugly sport bike style licence plate holder that will need to be replaced with a side mount...

Maybe the international ones are led but the ones on mine (domestic) on incandescent.

I just left my stock side mount plate but made it vertical instead of horizontal. Much better.

How long will it take the after market world to come up with a truncated, stub-like rear fender for the 2 2018 "fat" bikes from HD? The Fat Bob's rear fender is much better looking than that massive one on the Fat Boy however.
