Default No Running Lights 2007 Night Train FXSTB

2007 Night Train FXSTB no running lights
Custom Dynamics Turn Signals, Gen II tail light, (1) Load Balancer + HD Auxiliary Brake Light/Running Light/Turn Signal Conversion Kit P/N 69462-06D

1. Went to dealership to get bike inspected.
2. Would not pass because license plate light did not work.
3. Brought bike home, no power to plate light.
4. Trace power wire to rear of bike and the power wire to plate light broken, it’s very small wire and can’t see where it was connected.
5. Connect LED License Plate Light power and ground directly to battery and light works so good there.
6. Spliced into power wire on CD tail light (orange) and had power to wire.
7. Now the problem – no running lights!.
8. Installed old tail light, no back (square) running light but brake works, no front running lights either.
9. Re-install CD tail light, same thing, turn signals work for a for seconds and start blinking fast, load balancer in place.
10. Remove HD Aux box – no running front or rear, blinkers start slow and then speed up.
11. Remove load balancer and HD box - no running front or rear, blinkers start slow and then speed up.

Why don’t I have running lights and 12V constant power to rear tail light?

Probably a bad earth somewhere or in the connection in the unit you just bought.
Did it work before the kit or did you have to buy the kit to make it work ?
The blinking fast thing says in the system you're either losing circuit integrity usually through a connector or a bad earth. Do you lose a blinker when it speeds up?
Hang on check your center power on your fuel tank might be in there too.
Electricals give me the $hits on older bikes.
You've got a few issues here I think.
Mate I haven't helped at all probably.
