A good upholsterer can re-cover what you have to match. If you want custom bags/seat and everything else you'll have to find what you like (Iron Bags? Corbin seat? Mustang?) and try to co-ordinate your leather with them for it to match. Usually finding something they'll all agree to work with thicknesswise, then getting enough leather in one batch for them all to use. It can be a lengthy communication and build process if you go this route. Maybe someone knows a one stop solution but I haven't found it yet personally. Usually bag and seat builders don't mix skills.

I had a local upholsterer do some work to my stock seat(after I bought and tried the Mustang Solo Tripper Seat)....I actually went with vinyl, just because of the ease of care, less maintenance than leather. I bought enough material, then sent the excess material to www.threemuttscustoms.com (Chris Wright) and had him make me matching tank and fender bibs, also a matching swing arm bag!! I'm currently selling my Mustang Solo Tripper seat, as it was terribly uncomfortable! Either way, I would find a local place to cover your seat in leather or vinyl, buy enough material to have some other items made if you choose that route! I made my own leather grip wraps and stamped the US into them!!
