Change rear amber LED to US red lights

Don't know why the ECM would need reprogramming. It sure didnt on my 07. It's a simple module that you plug into the existing wiring harness under the seat. The kit also comes with the two red tail light lenses..
Edit: Here you go. It says it fits the 2017 FLSS. Don't order it, just ride up to Harley and get it. You can also talk to someone about if if you need to.

@Ddieselsmoke: following the pictures at the end, the conversion should be possible?
@Pitbull_Dallas: thank you, I will check with my European dealer if I can get this part. Do you know if need anything else like bulb, the light container or other?
@TXNT: if I understand, you change from amber LED to red lights and add some LED?
In fact, what I would is the default US rear red lights like those pictures:
