It's always rewarding to show others your new Fat Bob, here it is!

For those asking about the 15" and 19" windshields, I have both, and just posted a comparison on another thread, you may find it interesting (or not; my comparison was on a Fat Bob).
For buffeting, they both do it, more than I'd like. I think the key is going to be the fork-mounted wind deflectors. JES Customs makes a set for the Fat Boy, Heritage, and Slim; I'm having them work up a custom set for the Fat Bob and will report back on how effective they are.

The Sundowner buddy is actually a mistake, I ordered the Sundowner small sissy. That buddy looks pretty awful to me, at least the rear which resembles a humpback whale of some sorts.
The clamps are holding the golden heat shields which are now being powder coated glossy black.

The powder coaters that I talked to didn't recommend powder coating the heat shields. Said they would turn gray after a while due to the heat. Thats why I went with Harley's black satin heat shields. They are ceramic coated. Apparently, ceramic coating does not come in gloss black either.
BTW, the sundowner buddy and 19" windshield will be replaced by the small sissy and 15" smoke windshield. Looking good!
