Have blank tank on my 2006 FLSTI (standard for model last year) Will be changing colour scheme this winter, but other than the chrome tank, i dont see any other bikes with tanks painted to compliment the other metal work. Would appreciate some photos if anyone has done this. Thanks.

My '07 Springer Classic has a black oil tank (factory). The black paint is already cracking all over it w/ only 1500 miles. I need to go to my MoCo and see what they will do as far a the warranty.

I have a black tank with chrome dip cap and around the hole. The chrome has started coming off on the chrome surrounding the oil deep stick. That is not 60's chrome job, just cheap junk!
