I've had a Batteries + and a HD battery previously. About 2 1/2 - 3 years is all I've gotten from them.

Bought my 05 Train new and it didn't come with a hold down strap. I did wrap a piece of web belt around vertically to aid in removal and loosening terminal bolts.

Look at batterymart dot com. They offer an American made EX20 that is a good option, affordable, and delivered to your door. The word is that they're all made in the same place by a company called DEKA I think.

I have had good luck with NAPA batteries. Have had a couple in my 06 Heritage and a 2005 Softail standard.
