Quick report on the Rinehart 3,5" cans on my 114 Fat Bob
I said before I was not happy with the Screaming Eagle Street Cannons. They look good but are very silent.
Even with the cats removed from the headers and the inner workings of the SE's opened up they were still kinda quite.
So my dealer agreed to take 'm in and deliver me a pair of Rinehart 3,5" 's. Would be just enough louder, don't worry.
Well, they're obnoxiously loud, Like really ridiculously loud!
Huge sound waves emerge during acceleration and deceleration annoying the hell out of me and my fellow riders. I've been promoted to being the loudest of our gang!
So back to the dealer. In 2 weeks, when the bike is scheduled for new dyno runs and tuning they will replace the headers with the original ones, with the cats, and all should be good.
Will keep you posted!

Coincidentally, I just came home from the dealership after getting the Rinehart 3.5" cans put on my 114 Breakout. They are designed a little differently than yours. I agree with you in that they are louder than I expected. I like them but I feel like I spent a lot of money, including having the bike put on a dyno, and now I pretty much need to ride with earplugs if I'm on the bike for more than a short ride. Full disclosure, I'm almost 55 years old with tinnitus from previous loud bikes so I want to protect the ringing in my ears from getting worse. On the bright side, I got 10 more horsepower and a little over 4 lb of torque. (92.59 hp, 115.08 Torque)

I don't know about the Fat Bob exhaust but the cats are in the mufflers on a M8 Breakout. Therefore, when I switched to Rinehart mufflers, my cats were removed. I should be wearing ear plugs anyway. Got some from NoNoise and they are designed to reduce wind and exhaust noise and leave the rest.

I think that's a pretty smart move actually.
People may be less inclined to remove the cat as it now easy to swap the cans so it's better for the environment.
This doesn't affect the aftermarket and tuning with the cat is pretty easy as well as the reduced flow in the headers gives you more torque at the cost of a few hp. Which the tuner guy confirmed to me yesterday.
