2017 softail won't start
 

I have a trouble code B2116 Fuel output open, ive changed out the check valve and line assembly in the tank (which was broken) and still nothing. Bike will turn over but wont seem to try and fire up. Though maybe it could be the fuel pump or possible clogged fuel injectors??

You have an electrical concern if you have that DTC. You possibly have an open between your fuel pump relay and the pcm. Clogged fuel injectors won,t give you an electrical DTC. Follow the steps to repair that code. Does the fuel pump prime when you hit the run button? If it doesn't, that's a problem.

Yes the fuel pump kicks on when i turn the key over. I tried starter fluid and it cranks for a few seconds which is why i thought it was the injectors not sending fuel but ill look more into the electrical side of it.

If it fires using the starting fluid, then its a fuel problem. If the crank sensor doesn't send asignal to the pcm, it won't activate the fuel pump to start. You can check it with an ohm meter.
