Shifter Lever Bushings 07 heritage

Does anyone know where to get the spacer or bushings for the shifter lever? I bought a new shifter but didnt come with the bushing or spacers.

Can you show 16? Im looking at replacing all the above. Will check with dealer too but they seem to stop selling a lot of small hardware stuff.
