Hey guys I just bought an 07' Fatboy and I just put on the Vance & Hines Big Radius. I installed them myself which your right with no real mechanical know how was still pretty easy. My question though is with them installed I rode around a while and the bike ran fine. So what risk do I run riding without the AC and PCIII?

You're not really risking anything, but you're also not getting nearly what you could get out of your bike if you added a high-flow air filter and a Power Commander or similar. Do that, and you'll really have something.
