"Duece Bigelo" may be right about the 2004 - 205 Duece Screaming Eagle's having pull back 1 1/4" risers. Check out these pictures:

I was thinking about doing the exact same thing. Didn't know it would be so hard to find risers... Did anyone follow up on the SE Deuce risers?

I believe they are 6 inches tall.... would probably require a cable change also..... I'm just not ready for that expense - YET!

I wanted a little more reach for my handlebars on my 2002 Heritage so I talked to the dealer service writer guy. I got some pull backs that gave me a little (about 2 inches) more reach that they installed for me, but I don't remember what bike they were stock for. I wouldn't mind if I had a little more reach, but since I got my mustang seat with driver's backrest, I don't need any more reach. They do just fine. Wish I could remember what bike they were for. This was pre-deluxe days.
