just got these today (after like 3 months of waiting)... much more fun to ride now... also just pulled the reflectors... may still need more bleeding, as the front brake is a little spongier than before...

I believe the bars and the fender kit are shipped to the US. Both the bars and the rear fender fix were fitted for me by a local custom shop who did the cabling etc.

Hope that helps.
I know that the bars come in 11/4 and 11/2 thick what size 12" or 14" just trying to picture it in my head

From the Carlini website: http://www.carlinidesign.com/About-Us.html
About the Ape Hanger Handlebars: Gangster Ape and Fly'in Ape
We started making fat inch and a half traditional ape hangers. Bars that are intended to create a big fat look with a big fat front end. They are designed so it looks like that's the way it should've rolled off the showroom floor. We have this saying; "don't go steering with a coat hanger." this refers to a bike that has these huge inch & a half fork tubes and then from the factory they put these skinny *** one inch handlebars that just look chincy.
I could not have said it better, Carlini you rock!

Exactly the bike should flow, thick front ends should have thick bars. Something about bars being wider at the base then the forks bothers me too.
