Wrinkle black mini rail upright ????

G'day all, I'm in search of the HD part number for a wrinkle black mini rail uprightfor my '07 Night Train. I have an old accessories catalogue that only lists a chrome mini upright.

If there's no such HD part can anyone suggest a quality after market one?
